Check it out...I founded a security company last DEC. and it is going well. The problem is that I let my brother work as one of the bouncers and he doesn't give it his all...I am loyal to family and friends but homeboy is just causing some issues with my company standards. Let me add that I fired him once for trying to negotiate business without my consent or me knowing about it and when I respectfully confronted him he pissed me off so bad that I fired him. Pricing and booking and how we operate is strickly limited to the C.E.O. (me) because some information given could hurt my company especially when competitors send moles to seek info.
Thinking that he learned his lesson I allowed him back on the squad...and now my friends he is displaying lazziness, on his cell phone...being verbal with me in front of customers during venue functions. So I come to you with this one...oh yeah he owes me $600 too but I still pay him his $10 an hour under the table without docking his pay....ok so should I say to hell with it and can him or try to talk with him and let him stay with us? |
