| well my boss and i ate dinner yesterday at famouse daves and we got in the booth and she reminded me to watch the step and she ended up tripping and she tried to catch a table to stop her but they just slid across the floor she said it was her fault and they made her sign a waver but i had to cuz she was hurt too bad. and i had to driver her home and she is 65 years old. well they guy told us after we got the paper work that it happens alot which means they need to fix the foot width of the booths on the outside weather their waitresses have room or not. now i dont know if this shoule be a place i experience again they did help as soon as she fell and their food was good but they said it happens all the time. i just dont know if this place should be trusted or if i should do something about the welfare of other people not by sueing them for money but to change their store. |
