Ok I went to the dr about 2 weeks ago for a normal exam and you know they weigh you and all the other stuff they do well I weighed in at a wopping 182lbs ( i was in shock) anyways when I got home that day i made a choice. I cut out white bread and i cut out whole milk and cheese and all the other stuff I can live without and started excersing.
Well day before yesterday I went back to get my lab results and talked to the dr about how unhappy I was with my 182 pounds. and he gave me a Drug called Fastin (phentermine) to help me.
Now I today is the second day I took it and i feel a little strange to say the least. I am hopeing someone will be familur with it and give me some advice. You know pro's and con's And I used google already But real life is much better.
