Just had my windows replaced. Now I must fill out a survey of job performance. The contractor did his job well. Windows are in and look nice, but he wasn't the most friendliest person. So how do I rate my experience? Is it five stars because he did the job that was given, or is five stars reserve for the person that does the job and entertain me with chit chat?
