| I am an addict, a fishing junkie and I am having serious withdrawal here. The weather hasn't been bad but the sea states are sucking a big one. After much thought and careful consideration I have decided that the only way to appease the sea gods and get back to bent over rods and tight lines, is a sacrifice. Research into ancient Polynesian tradition shows that throwing a virgin into anctive volcano usually does the trick. Alas, there is a definate shortage of both virgins and volcanoes in north west Florida. I was thinking , maybe a chicken sacrifice would work. So should I trundle off to KFC for a bucket of chicken and perform an ancient Polynesian ritual in torchlight at the stroke of midnight? Think that will appease the gods of the sea's?? |
