You form a working relation with a user/client on the other side of the country. You have never met them, but occassionally you call just to talk and laugh. You both learn so much about each and a friendship emerges.
You come to work one day and learn that you friend has passed away. Question, due you mourn them as a true friend, shedding tears and comforting your fellow co-workers, or do you send an e-mail or call their place of work to pass on your condolences and get back to work? |
