What is the best in my situation to plead guilty or not guilty on a "Disobeying Traffic Control Device" ticket. The officer said because I have a clean driving record, he didn't want to give me a speeding ticket rather gave me this ticket instead. This is my 1st ticket ever. From what I have read, this is a moving violation and carries 2 points penalty. The ticket does not mention what device I disobeyed. He checked general and not speeding. I'm confused. What should I do?
