| So my daughter has them right now...treated her on friday with the RID system as soon as we found out she had them, washed all bedding, vaccuumed everything, boiled the brushes. I made sure to pick out all the eggs i could possible find on her hair cause the combs don't work! I have been washing her hair with a tea tree oil shampoo til today when I get a call from the school nurse to come pick her up because she still has them. I actually found 3 live ones crawling!! I about puked lol...Today I put on Lice Ice which is more of a natural killer then the harsher ones that you cant use more than once a week...this one is like a hard gel that she has to wear for 18 hours and smells like icy hot...NASTY...I'm sure a lot of you have had family or friends with this problem and I'd love to hear suggestions please...I know know mayo doesnt work... |
