| OK So some of you may remember my last mumm but let me help you remember. im 7 1/2 months preggo. Baby daddy cheated at 5 1/2 months. After being broken up for a month, he was already engaged to another woman. I try to let him know about what is happening with our daughter but he doesnt seem to care the least bit about it. So my question is do I take his ass to court to get all the child support i can outta him (he already has a son and the custody papers for him say $400 so thats the max that i will get) or do i let him sign over his rights and raise the baby myself with the help of my mom and family? He seems to think that if he puts Aubrie on his insurance he wont have to pay child support && I call that a load of bull. I was on my dad's insurance and he was still coughin up $488 a month for child support until the day i graduated highschool. So help me here..please?! |
