I was involved in a hit and run accident on Sept.3 , and i got the guys license plate number, his address, and his name, but when i talk to the cops or the officers that did the accident report, they told me they couldn't do anything about it bc they can not pin point that guy at the scene. i think its bullshit that they can't do anything about it. If i got all this information about the guy don't you think they can do something about it??? Even if it was not the exact guy, i still think he should be responsible for his vehicle and i still think he should pay for the damage to my car. Am i Right or wrong??? I think im going to sue the Police Department of Mt. Pleasant for not doing their job. They are all Piece of shit wanna bes that think their shit don't stink. they really need to go back to college and re-take all their classes bc they obviously don't know what the hell they are suppose to do. If you have any answers for me please message me.
