As Of Monday I'll Be Putting My Last Cig Out Hopefully, Iowa Just Passed A $1.00 A Pack Increase On Cigs And With Tax It Almost Equals To A Total Of $1.07 Increase Making Smokes Vary From $4.15 A Pack To $5.35 A Pack Which I Paid Today For Them At The Truck Stop Across The Street Here From Work. Now I Am A Kitchen Manager For Perkins Family Restraunt And Bakery And I Munch And Snack All Day While At Work And Once I Quit Smoking Im Gonna Gain About 30-40 Pounds The First Month Im Guessing Which is No Biggy Cause I Started Jogging In The Mornings Last Friday And Will Be Getting Plenty Of Excercise To take the LBS Back Off.
The Question Is, Has Anyone Here Had Success In Quitting And How Did You Manage It? I Dont Want To Spend 80 Dollars For A QUIT SMOKING KIT If Its Not Gonna Work Cause i can Use Gum/Suckers And Stuff like that to Help curve the cravings. |
