| so here is the problem, we have no boss, and we have more freedoms that come with it. the only problem is that one co worker is really abusing it. every day she is 30-40 minutes late, take any where from an hour and a half to two hours for lunch and leaves early. the real problem is, her not doing her jobs, affect my bench mark and my pay raise, so i have had to pick up the slack. i tried talking to her but she got mad and well, the rest of the day was hell. i have never told on any one, but much more i will snap, any advice would be great.... |
