| My bf asked for my help to quit smoking, and suggested we both quit something we crave together. I drink Coke every day and need Coke when I get stressed out, like he needs cigarettes. I understand that nicotine is a far bigger addiction than caffeine, but I "can't" go a day without Coke. He suggested I give up all soda/energy drinks while he gives up smoking. I agreed. The next day, he was smoking again and blamed me, saying that quitting soda wasn't enough. He was actually mad at me, even thought it was his idea. Was that fair of him? |
