Okay, a buddy of mine was kinda sorta assulted by a co-worker. I guess the "assulter" is outta a job (I think) but should they let go of the "assultee" too? I mean if you're being yelled and belittled (and possibly cursed at) by a co-worker and you to tell them you'd take care of the problem and they keep the tirade going long enough that you happen to raise your voice saying something along the lines of.... "WTF do you want me to do?" then you're physically harmed by that person. By you cursing at them is that considered instagating or initiating the assult?
So to make a long Mumm even longer.....
Is it right that they're both let go?
Or just the one who made it physical? |
