So I went to bed sometime around 1 AM or so... I got woke up about 4:30 AM by my panicking daughter asking me how to tell if her water broke. I knew I would get that call soon...but didn't expect it this soon.
So I am running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to think of everything I need to get together to leave for NY! Problem is my clothes are now in the dryer and I am waiting on a confirmation call that her water has actually broken. I can't afford a trial run to NY for a false alarm. But from what she told me on the phone it has in fact broke and Nathan is on his way!
Now the mumm part
Should I continue to run around here like a chicken with her head cut off trying to toss things into my suitcase and hope I don't forget anything important... camera, batteries, etc
or do I sit down and write out a list.
OH and so you know I am only doing this so I can calm my nerves a bit before I head out on about 3 hours sleep... it is only a 7 hour drive! |
