Fat loss has been something that most humans have desired to master..Wight loss is bound to occur when you eat less than what your body needs..(NOTE..this diet may or may not actually be used by members of the Military..But it does work!!!
heres how the meals .. Breakfast...1 cup of coffee,slice of bread and 1/2 of grapefruit..you cannot add any sugar ,milk or sweetener into your coffee..
LUNCH..half a cup of tuna.slice of toast water or coffee..
DINNER 3ounces of any kind of meat,cup of green beans ,half banana ,1 small apple and a cup of vanilla ice cream...
would you try this diet or not.. |
