Not sure what I should put here... I could list my qualities - and sound conceited... or my self-perceived shortcomings - and then put you off saying hi..!! I believe in total honesty however, so there's not much point embellishing or disguising characteristics, as you won't be meeting the guy you think you are!! In brief then, as I don't claim the high ground on all this, I'll preface all the following adjectives with the word "reasonably" and hopefully overcome any accusation of conceit!

Here goes: intellectual, athletic and sporty, humourous, good looking(??), sensitive and caring (a bit girlie those two, I know!), self confident and outgoing, with a positive attitude that in life everything happens for a reason - even at your lowest point, there will come a time in the future when you will look back and say "however bad it seemed at the time, I'm glad that happened, otherwise I wouldn't be where (or who) I am now..."

On the downside, (gulp), I talk far too much and write with equal verbosity; I have a tendency to be way too opinionated on subjects that matter to me and I am too intolerant of conceited, bigotted and just plain dumb people. I am also a pain in the ass when it comes to correct English grammar (excusing shorthand in texts/msn etc) so don't bother calling me if you can't string two sentences together... unless of course, English is not your first language, in which case I love you for just making the effort in a foreign tongue. I abhor the way we English collectively have the attitude that we don't need to speak any other language, as ultimately everyone should speak ours. I have tried to buck this trend, having studied (badly) French (beautiful language), German and Latin - and even attempted to learn to say I Love You in a few other languages... just in case..!! Tentative.gif

My weakness is for beautiful, exotic (typically though not exclusively, Asian) girls, most likely slim and petite. Although loving and caring, and a hopeless romantic, I am also inclined to be on the dominant side in a relationship - so butch feminists need not apply - for both our sakes!! I am far too flirtatious and love my nights out with the lads, but am equally at home walking hand in hand in slow motion along a white sandy beach on a deserted island in the South Pacific... laughing and making love... then laughing some more.. before curling up to sleep in each others arms... I adore sex and leading girls to their limits - at least in fantasy land. 90% of the best sex takes place in the mind, and anyone who doesn't realize this - or experienced the power of mental eroticism - is missing out on one of the greatest pleasures in life.

To conclude, like most things in life, with me, the more you put in, the greater the return. I'm perhaps not the easiest person to live with - I live my life permanently 10 minutes behind schedule - but if there is chemistry between us, then you will join me on a trip where the stars aren't the limit, but merely the first stop...

And see.... I told you I talked too much.. ;-)

    • Mind Games With respect, that's a silly comment that has no regard for the reality of the economic situation this country (and many others) are currently in. The government MUST make cuts or it goes bust - and the consequences of that don't bear thinking about, as the population of Greece is now finding out. The people carrying out the rioting and looting were simply vandals and thieves who fancied a new pair of trainers and a flat screen TV - as was openly admitted to news reporters.

To relate this to phone hacking is frankly absurd. If these people were interested in making a serious protest, they are free do so, but to smash up property and steal from individuals and companies that have nothing whatsoever to do with any so-called political grievances is not only sick but also self-defeating. The country already owes billions of pounds that it hasn't got and now it just owes a lot more - and so even further cuts will have to be made. Stupid ignorant people can't see that of course.

The comparison with Libya and Egypt is ludicrous. Those countries were not democracies and so the protests that were made there were the ONLY method of changing their government. In the UK, if you don't like the way we are governed, then you vote against that party at a general election. And if the majority of the country disagree with you, then accept it and try to change their minds by peaceful means - that's called civilized DEMOCRACY - not the disgusting criminal behaviour of the few thousand idiots who tried to drag our country down to the level of pure greed and anarchy.
