So I found out that my best friend of 5 years in moving to New York in 2 weeks. Hes happy about it and says that he is going back to be with his family and friends. I have been his family more than anybody in his family has ever been to him. They negected him for years, shunned him away, ignored him...and he calls that family? I have been there through EVERYTHING. But I guess thats not good enough for him. I have a feeling that he is trying to move far away from his ex(cheater.) He already lives 3 hours from me...now he is moving 2 days away. Okay. I told him how I felt. That he is going to start a new life and lose the old one. Make new friends and forget about the old ones. That I was going to try everything I can to keep us as friends. Also, that I hope everything works out for him and that he is happy. But, he didnt like me being honest. So he didnt talk to me for 2 days. I finally got him to talk to me today. He said that he didnt want any negative shit. Im sorry, Im not going to be fake and pretend to be happy about him moving to New York. Thats not me, and he knows it. But I also told him that I was going to support him. He critcized my support. Now again, he isnt talking to me. Am I wrong? What should I do?
