Recently there has been a big dispute in my local area ( Redneck hickbilly hell ) over music and kids. The schools are sending home letters to the parents demanding them to stop their children from listening to " Vile " and " demented " music on walkmans, ipods, mp3 etc. I personally dont have a school aged child ( my sons only three ) so my question is should schools have the right to tell parents what their children can listen too or worry about bigger issues ?
The schools are referring to such music as Buck Cherry, Eminem ICP etc... |
