I am very grateful that I have a job. However my employer is changing the damn schedule on a moments notice and mandating us for a lot of OT. I do not get to see my kid as much as I would like to as it is. Do to my regular work schedule.

Should I be grateful that I have a job and just do the overtime? Or should I say something to my boss, and hope he understands where I am coming from.
