If you are a smoker.....Watch out your state can be next!!!!!!!
Today the state of New jersey just passed a bill that now allows the police to stop your vehicle if you are smoking a cigarette in your vehicle with a child on board. What gives that state the right to impose laws that invade your personal property. Just because you have a cigarette in your "own vehicle" you can now get stopped for it. I feel this is truly unjust and unfair.
I am a smoker, i know it is a bad habbit. I grew up around it all my life. I have no health proplems from it. and have had to give up lighting up in many places. That I and not disputing. My point is that no goverment has the right to pass such act's that interfear with peoples private lives.
Do you feel that a state has the right to infringe on your personal choices and tell you what or what you can not do in your own personal space? |
