Okay. I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been having these really terrible backaches. They are in my middle lower back and they hurt really bad. I have tried taking Tylenol, but that doesn't help at all. I also have upper leg cramps that hurt near my pelvis bones. I don't know if I should go to the doctor's or not, so I need some help. I can't get any help anywhere else and I can not afford to go to the doctor's unneccisarily because I don't have insurance. So all you who are going to bash, just do it and get it over with.

Should I go to the doctor's anyway or not?
