There is a special man in my life. Someone who has respected me and treated me with kindness. He has only hurt me once, and he apologized for it. I accepted the apology, and also apologized for my wrong doings. We have a proximity problem at the time. He is VERY MUCH worth the wait, and I hope to move closer to him sometime this year. My kid likes him. She talks about him often. In fact, we both speak of this man a lot. For the single moms out there ... do you think it would be best for me to wait until my child is a teen and doing "her own thing" before getting serious, or should I take a chance? (I don't want her to get hurt emotionally either)
For those of you who aren't parents.... what is your opinion with this situation?
I'd like to add that I have had feelings for this man for several years. He was a forbidden love, but that is no longer an issue... I am going to speak with him tonight... I just wanted some feedback.
