So I'm pretty sure my neighbors are meth addicts.
But they have an 8 month old lab puppy. He's sweet.
Last night they left him outside all night with no shelter, no food, no water, and no kennel or chain. He just roams free. It was below freezing here last night.
Not only was he left outside for several hours to fend for himself. He's also injured. He was holding up his back leg and his foot was just dangling. He wouldn't let me get close enough to his leg to look at it. So I don't know what is wrong.
They let the dog in about 2 hours ago. Since then all I hear is loud thuds and the dog yelping.
My question is... What should I do?
I've called animal control on them before, but animal control did nothing.
I'm thinking maybe my landlord can do something? |
