| Ok here is the story in my neighborhood a child was hit as he was leaving from school but the kicker is it was a UNMARKED POLICE car and the driver happened to be the Chief Of police of the police department some witenesses are saying he went through the stop sign and bumped this child only 9 years old and some people are saying the child ran out infront of the car .... what do you think should be the punishment be for this man regardless if he or the child is in the wrong..... open for mumms besides the options on here.... |
