Our government want to crate jobs and keep people out of prison.There are so many felons that are being release and looking for jobs like me.Some wants to stay out and get a 2nd chance,but cause they have a record they are being discriminate and can't get hired.With that people going back to prison for that the only choice that they have,you get free food,free clothes,and everything comes to you.You want to keep people out of prisons,but how if you won't give them a chance.What I am saying,I have a record I have been out 2 years now and looking for a job,but they won't look pass the convicted Felon part.So what can I do to find work if I be discriminate?i am sorry to say it,but if I was Spanish I could find a job easy,even with a record.What is my options to find work with a record.Can somebody help me.I am also studying Business Administration.Any help or any ideas will help.Thanks
