I own a surfing company based in Boise, Idaho called Banshee Riverboards. We ride skimboards on rivers, going upstream at 30+ mph - No Boat! We use a special bungee cord to shoot us upstream. If you live in the Boise area, we teach surfing lessons every Sunday at Parnell Beach. Parnell is 2.5 miles past Horseshoe Bend on the Payette River.
