My daughter passed away at age 14 on 8/9/05 after a cheering stunt practicing with her would have been High School Squad , The Medford Mustangs. I do a benefit every year and raise money for a scholarship fund in her honor to be given to a child in support classes who wants to go to college like my daughter did, Ashley wanted to be an SVU Detective and she loved Mariska Hartigay on the show and wanted to do what she does but in real life.It has been almost 2 years since she has passed and it amazes me that I am still among the living because this is something I will never get over. She is my only child and I was blessed with a respectful,greatful,beautiful daughter that I raised completely on my own. Wasn't into drugs,alcohol,or tobacco and was proud of it.She means the world to me and always will but I am still here and I am a human being that enjoys conversation and everything else I have listed. My daughter wouldn't want me locked in a psych ward she would want me to enjoy whatever time I may have left and make sure her memory stays alive as long as I am still here. Well thats about it hope I haven't scared anyone away by speaking from my heart about my Ashley but if I did OH well because you will never have the majic words nor the perfect drug to make my pain go away but you can always talk to me like a person and we don't have to talk about my pain either. I am a real person and still enjoy what I have listed in my profile, I am still here on earth and I would like to live as peaceful and content as possible.
