| I am going through the process to become a Real Estate Agent, mainly due to the fact that, as a Law Clerk, I have heard many horror stories about the bad Agents out there, and I want to become a reliable Agent that people can count on. One of my obstacles is coming up with ways to get myself to stand out away from all the others. I have an idea, but am unsure as to whether or not it would work... So, I ask you this: would you be more inclined to use a Real Estate Agent who would put a certain percentage of their commission towards a donation to Breast Cancer Research Foundation, or something of the like? |
