Everyone who knows me knows I run an office. Here is my delimma.. A fill-in secretary has welcomed her personal life into the office to where it is affecting everyone here. She has been given the chance twice now to leave it at home or find new employment. I have been given the job of now, firing her by the end of the day. She hasn't showed up for work this morning. I feel bad b/c she is a good worker, but lets her b/f run her life. Should I give her another chance or just let her go?
