Ok Im a home Health Nurse an i recently was told how wonderful I am dependable work hard know my job BUT.... we are letting some of your hours go to another person (who happenes to be there neice).We dont want you to quit we still want you to come but we want to help her get some money as well.
Ok so they took me from 5 days a week to two and they want me to train her aswell...because she has no clue how to do this job.....But she is pregnant.A,she will eventually be off for maternity leave, but i feel cheated.I feel like im on hold an they ll eventually replace me for her completely.Or ill stick it out an get all my hours back.
Yay i stick it out and wait for it to fail

Nay get out before they replace me completely |
