My daughter is almost 12 and realize that she could start getting her period anytime now. She is a really responsible girl. She has gone through the basic school presentation about the process, and I am planning on having "The Talk" with her.
What I am wondering is: when she does start having them should I take her to the Dr. and have her start on birth control, to help them be more regular?
If we do this than I will let her know that it is for that benifit and stress on waiting until she is older to have sex. |
