I live in a small town called BEEVILLE, TX....right outside CORPUS CHRISTI.
I am opening my diner again for the 5th time to try something different..
In this town there are nothing but Mexican Food Diners.... But, to tell you the truth I get tired of eating Mexican Food... all the time.... I decided to go oldies style.... checkered floors.... serve fried chicken...hotwings.... and hamburgers.... it seems to be doing alright.... but, still not making the profit like I want.... I guess the question is do you think I should be like all the rest and change my menu to Mexican food and compete with the other diners doing the same thing or stick with the menu I have.... and hope things will swing my way later.... I have been open this time for about three weeks and just about breakin even.... |
