I got pulled over last night for having a headlight out. ok thats all fine however the cop that pulled also had a headlight out. when i asked him about it he stated that it had just went out and was not my concern. i informed him mine had just went out as well. regardless i got a ticket. so ....
should i :
A: go to court and fight it?
or
B: just pay the ticket and forget it?
