Ok here is the situation in a nutshell. Last week I received two phone calls about potential work in the IT field. I received the first phone call and set up to be in in that area today all day. It is a three hour drive for me. I informed the second caller that I was going to be in town that day and to arrange something that day also. So no need for a second trip. I hear nothing from the second caller, until 4:45, when I am already back home wanting to set something up for tomorrow. Considering gas prices and my time, I am doubting giving this guy a chance. Although there is an additional paycheck involved if I take the work.
Go and get the paycheck or say screw it, he had his chance and enough notice? |
