So, i've been at the same place of employment for nearly 3 years. During my time here i've help recover stolen money, took care of my boss's home and grandchild, and pretty much carried this office on my back while we were having trouble keeping other secretaries.
About a year ago, we found one that stayed and she's made my life hell ever since....talking down to me, correcting me as though i'm her child, interferring with my personal life, and i'm tired of it.
I'm pretty resilient with things like this, but i'm at the end of my rope.
I've talked to him about it more than once, and even throughout my loyalty and honesty to him, I do not feel like he's on my side.
What should I do? |
