Okay... To sum up a long story, I recently was at Tires Plus and got extremely horrible service. I filled out their online survey and got a call back and the manager of the location offered me a free oil change to make up for the bad service.
Well, one of the issues was that they put the hub cap on OVER the valve stem so you can't put air into the tire without taking the tire off to fix the hub cap (yeah, that's how lame my Kia is).. If they can't put on a hub cap correctly, would you trust them changing your oil?
Yay = It's free, who cares if they screw up more crap on your car?
Nay = They've proven their stupidity, why even let them near your car? |
