Someone in the US postal system is making sure lots of my mail over the last couple weeks is sent to various other addresses in my neighborhood. I've talked to a few people in the postal system with complaints and filed some directly through my main postal branch. I've even filed 1 complaint with conusmer affairs (dot gov). I'm getting no results and little cooperation from the postal system on fixing this issue.

Do I continue to keep dealing with the postal system or do I go another route to handle this situation?
