So they interviewed this new girl for my department at work and promised if they hire her they wouldn't cut my hours. They told me they didn't even think they'd hire her! good, right?
So I go on vacation and a week and a half later I come back to a new toys associate and a 10 hour a week cut to my schedule. wtf???

Should I stay in my toy department (where I've been for years and I love) or try and find a department that might allow for more hours?
