born and raised on the cumberland plateau of tennessee, ive been in the army for the last twelve years. im back from my third trip to iraq and have had my second divorce. im a drummer and play metal, but i listen to everything except techno, reggae, jazz and polkas. my personality is a mix of sacrasm and smart-ass-ism, makin me smart-assistic. the only drugs i use and abuse are caffeine, nicotine and alcohol and i have a very tense attention spa- HEY look a blue car!
i was raised on classic rock (ZZ Top, CCR, Beatles, Rush etc.) and oldies (Supremes, Four Tops, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin etc.), but got into metal (Megadeth, Anthrax, White Zombie, Pantera etc.) in high school- just about the time i started playin guitar. country, rap, classical and all others i have been exposed to by everybody ive met durin my military service. ive just never been able to appreciate techno, polkas, jazz or reggae.
if you know this song, then you know where the screams are supposed to be. i was doin them from behind the drums, but my mic gave out mid-show. we didnt have a sound tech and so we didnt know that i wasnt bein heard. i wasnt ran thru the monitors onstage and thats why the blonde out front was lookin back, she was watchin for her cues to come in.
