So I just want peoples opinion on this. I know some one whom is adopting a dog from one of the biggest pit bull rescues around my area. Her and her boyfriend are on the "vegan diet". They want to turn this dog vegan. In all my understanding about dogs, they need the nutrients that are in meat to survive. Do you feel a vegan diet can be healthy for animals, or should people let their own personal issues with animal consumption slide for the sake of having a healthy animal.?
I am aware of the fact that there is vegan dog food, but in all reality it is to support the "meat is murder" issue and does not actually have the dogs health in mind.
on a side note... they claim to be "vegan" yet sport louis vuitton... *cough cough* |
