where i work we have this customer and his girlfriend that come in pretty regular. He wants a truck, but his credit is garbage and basically he cant get one "just yet". So he comes in and waste everybody's time going through the process.
( yes you have to assist him each time, because 1. its good customer service 2. you never know he might have someone to cosign 3. he might have come across a good sum of money and can buy it cash )
Anyway, last time he came by he fell for some ad that another dealership an hour away put in the paper advertising some crazy price on trucks. He got upset with me because I told him how the ad worked and that it wasnt our ad and so I didnt give him that price.($14K for a $30K truck)
So he tells me to get away from him or he will shoot me..!
now I'm pretty level headed so I just told him it would take more than that to scare me and he needed to get off the property before I stomped a mudhole in his chest...so he left....
so
should I commence to stomping a mudhole in his chest the next time he shows up at the dealership. ( and yes he is the type to come back up there)
and yes here if someone threatens you like that, you can pretty much get away whoopin up on them
or should I just move on and act like nothing ever happened because I know he wouldnt have the balls to pull a trigger anyway. |
