Do you think a parent who does not pay child support, does'nt send gifts to the child on holidays, and lies about their whereabouts should have visitation rights ?
Would the psychological damage be worse to the child being in contact with a parent who does'nt give a damn and the other parent constantly has to make excuses for...or worse if there is no contact ? I tend to think no contact so the kid can grow up unstessed would be better...but what do you think ? Contact with the deadbeat uncaring parent or no contact with the deadbeat uncaring parent is better ? |
