I was wondering exactly what age does being a cougar start?
I think if its from a legal stand point, (avoiding pedophilia and school age complications) the man must be 18 and for some reason ten years popped into my head making the earliest cougar age 28.

Then I thought maybe it is the intentions of the older woman making the age possibly as early as 22 or 24.
