Okay other than my marriage mumms this one is also about me.
So here it goes.
I am having a really hard time deciding on what to do as far s work.
I love the job I have now don't get me wrong. There are four manager at the store I work at. I am 1 of 4. But the problem is only two of us really know how to do anywork. The other two just like having the power go to there head and boss people around.
So my dilema is that I was offered another position by one of the big bosses. It would mean I'd have to travel from store to store filling in and helping out. Weather they need a store manager or what ever.
I only have to travel 1 mile to work now. If I get the other job I'd have to travel up to an hour or so to work at times. Plus I have somewhat of a steady schedule now. Where if I get this other position my hours will be hectic.
So the question is should I stay where I am at being misserable with low pay. Or should I go and get out with the other position.
I love my family. Am my fiance/ husband is very suportive. I know we will stick with me no matter what job I pic. But this stuff is already wearing on me. Everyone around me says I look alot diffrent. And that I look moody and that at times. Even though I don't see it and feel fine. ANY ADVICE |
