Warning: Long explanation.
Here is my problem. I got laid off from my job back in Oct. and because of that I could not pay all of my rent for Nov. I just started a new job and my landlord said she would allow me to stay if I gave her the rest of the rent when I get my first paycheck Dec 7th and she would give me the rest of Dec to pay my rent for Dec. She wants me to pay Jan on time though. How I don't know since all of my money made in Dec will go towards Nov and Dec. I also, have the opportunity to move to a small town about 3 hours away from here, into a huge house that will cost a lot less than my apartment, but the inside needs a lot of work done on it, which is fine. I like remodeling but I think it may be too much for me to handle even though the house will be awesome when it is done. The thing is I don't want to leave my family and friends. The thought of it makes me extremely sad. But, if I stay then I will be in finacial distress for quite some time. If I move I have to do it this weekend.
Here is my question to you all. If you were in my situation what would you do? |
