I am a mother of three, all in the same school in which I work for. I don't get payed much but I love my job. I am a Crossing guard/noon aid sub/ teacher aid for a kinder class. My Husband brings in way more then me, but always brings up the fact that I took this job over a really good one that would pay more then double what I make now. And that all his money goes to the bills and it is not fare.

So my question, what would you do?

Stay were you love to work

find a better job
