I came across this news paper article the other night, and to read it enraged me a bit to think that now with all the crap that the city is trying to pass over on us, that now they want to control us even one step further... telling us we are now going to have to license our pets like we do our cars.. Those of us who are responsible with our pets (my cat is treated like one of the children) and take them to the vet and get them their shots annually are already paying those fees to keep our pets safe, now they want us to pay more to license them like our vehicles? Whats next, our children?
