One love, is that notebook kind of love...i'm always aware of him and his love for me. I know that he would treasure me forever if I chose him. His love makes me want to fall to my knees, makes me believe in love (which is hard for a girl like me) we have a lot of history...we've talked for about 4 years now. Thing is, I've never met him, and I don't know how to give up my life and just go be with him. He lives in SC, I'm in MO with no clue what I'm doing with my life. I don't know what exactly is holding me back.
The other love...is my knight in shining armour. He would love me forever, more as a trophy wife, a girl that is everything he wants. But he'd take care of me. And I do love him. Not to mention..well, other things are great too. He's in the navy, and he comes home in December, and wants to get married. It's security I've never had in my life and it's attractive.
The first one just came back into my life a few days ago...it seems to always be off an on, but we can't stop talking.
Which love is greater and worthy of pursuit? The first, notebook true love story, or the second, knight in shining armour to save me from my insecurity. |
