Sooooooooo someone agrees to do something 3 months prior to being needed. 2 days before "d-day" they decide they wanted to do something else fun and cancel. The task is VERY important and their responsibility... it needs to be done. So the person needing the task done sucks it up and finds another super helper and something goes wrong. If the original person would have just done this small super important task, all would have been perfect.
Who's fault is it... we need to find a fix for this dilemma?
Is it my fault for relying on anyone to help me in the first place?
